Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Delivery Times Standard shipping takes 7-15 business days depending on your location. International orders may take longer due to customs processing. Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order ships.

Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

International Orders We ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in your order total and are beyond our control.

Delays Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to high order volume, weather, or customs processing. If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days, contact us and we'll make it right.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at jack@chadvertizing.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
